After graduating from Classical High School, Daniel attended American International College and graduated with a B.A. degree, with High Honors. He continued his education at the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in New York City and received his J.D. in 1980. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1981.

Attorney Daniel A. Pava, Accident Lawyer in Springfield Massachusetts was born and educated in Springfield, MA. After graduating from Classical High School, Daniel attended American International College and graduated with a B.A. degree, with High Honors.
Beth Pava received her Master’s Degree in Neuroscience in 1987 from Mount Holyoke College. In 2022, she received a certificate from the NoiGroup Neuro Orthopedic Institute of Australia.
Jamie Gil was born and raised in western Massachusetts. She has been a legal assistant since 1985, specializing in personal injury claims. She joined our firm in 2019 and enjoys guiding our clients through the claim process and putting their minds at ease along the way.
Sandra Rivera joined our firm in 2019 as our bilingual office assistant and handles various office responsibilities, including translating and assisting our Spanish-speaking clients.
What to do after an accident?
Immediately After an Automobile Accident
1. Note driver’s license plate number
Try to note the other driver’s license plate number and write it down as soon as possible after the accident.
2. Picture
If possible take a picture with your camera phone. Take pictures of the damage to your vehicle, as well as the damages to the other vehicle.
3. Witness
Look for witnesses and write down witness information, etc. Tell the police exactly what happened and be sure to tell them about any injuries you may have suffered, however minor.
